Life Empowerment Center - The Healing Meditation Circle

Spiritual healing is not about curing a disease, but unleashing the power of the Holy Spirit. The main focus of our Healing and Intention Circles are to teach you methods to unblock the Spirit so it can flow through your life, changing and transforming you. The Christian Yogi teaches you to live in the Spirit. Our Codex for our Healing Circles are based on three assumptions:

1. God is love. God heals you without asking anything, no strings attached.

2. God loves you unconditionally. We accept this truth as fact and meditate upon it daily, when we rise and before we go to bed . "I am God's Beloved Child.

3. God wants to give us health, abundance, success and happiness because God's nature is pure goodness.The key to healing ourselves is learning to put our lives under the guidance of the Spirit. Healing begins inside each of us with the desire to be the best person we can be. To be whole, healthy and successful. The human being is designed for health, not sickness. The Holy Spirit can guide us toward the path to healing but we have to exert the effort to get on the path.

Authentic Prayer
One of these pathways was mapped by the famous Spiritual Healer Bruno Groening. Throughout Bruno's life he stressed the importance of Authentic prayer in the healing process. Authentic prayer is about learning to listen to the "still ,small voice" that Elisha heard in the Old testament. Prayer isn't about just talking to God, it is about listening for the answers. Our conversations with God are not monologues but dialogues that contain specific instructions for solving life's problems.

In general, our healing methods are not focused on "Getting Healed', but on you coming to know God on a personal level. Yoganada stated that you should never approach meditation with the attitude that you were going to "Get" something in return. In meditation you go to connect with God, and then anything that results- whether its wisdom, peace of mind, less stress- is an added bonus. It is very common for people to start out on a spiritual healing path to get good results first and God is the extra bonus. Listed below on some principles for authentic prayer practiced by the Christian Yogi.

The Power of Faith and Authentic Prayer
For Authentic Prayer to work , we need faith. When I talk about faith, I mean the kind of "Believe" that mystics, yogis and adepts from all the mystery schools talked about. The faith that moved mountains. As Jesus in the Gospel Luke (17:6) stated. " If your faith were the size of a mustard seed you could say to this mulberry tree, be uprooted and planted in the sea and it would obey you" ,You must really believe that God and you are partners working together for your success.

The Power of Decree and Authentic Prayer
In addition, for Authentic Prayer to work we must be able to use God Spirit within us to command the negative energies that are attacking us to get out of our lives once and for all. The key to getting rid of this negative energy is an ancient form of prayer called the "Decree' and more recently labeled as the "Intention". Intention Circles have been started across the country based on the power of the "Decree". This is one of the most powerful healing forces you can use. The secret of the Intention is to have your thoughts and emotions aligned with a sense of Congruency. When we pray the word "perfect health" with feeling as a decree or intention, Miracles will occur. It may happen instantly, it may take an hour, it may take two weeks , but it will happen. This method is the key to effective healing prayer. It should be noted that to make prayer effective you must be able to stir up the kind of genuine , deep feeling, when stating the Intention to God ..you must burn with it.

Bruno's Healing Method
Bruno believed in an all powerful healing energy that comes directly from God. The Spiritual Healing process is a means of re-charging our battery. By reconnecting with God, the life force will recharge our battery. Once the battery is recharged, the energy will start the healing and enlightenment process. This energy is natural and everyone has a supply of this energy within their body. It is only because we have become blocked and separated from our power source that our batteries have run low. The re-charging of our battery can push people beyond the normal range of conscious into the transpersonal and spiritual realms where body, mind and spirit not only heals but they experience enhanced spiritual perception. Enhanced spiritual perception and spiritual healing can be developed and experienced by everyone. The spiritual senses exist in all of us. For most they lie dormant. There are things we can do to help us in developing the ability including the use of Heavenly Assistance and Recovery Transmissions (HART).

Who was Bruno Groening
The Christian Circle Healing Model based on techniques pioneered by Bruno Groening. Bruno was born in Germany 1906 and died in 1959. He was married and had two children. He was raised in a strict Catholic family, were no church service could be missed. Bruno started his healing ministry as a young boy and continued until he was 53 years old. His work peaked in 1949, when 30,000 people gathered in a city near Munich, Germany and received a mass healing through the power of God.

Today thousands of people have experienced help and healing though his teachings. These healing are being documented by a group of medical professional called the Medical Scientific Group. You may read about these ongoing healings online under "Circle of Friends, Bruno Groening"

What did Bruno Believe?
Although Bruno was Christian, he had a Buddhist connection with nature and animals. As a boy he retreated into the forest to connect with God. In nature he stated he "experience God, in every shrub, in every tree, in every animal, even in the stones." He valued the life of all Gods creatures and would never harm any animal. He asked, "Do we know what kind of souls animal have? Have you given life to an animal? No, therefore you have no right to take an animals life." Like Saint Francis, it is documented that he helped heal all kinds of plants and animals with the divine life force.

Researchers have compared his healing techniques to that of an Indian Yogi. He talked about the power of breathing and working with a person life force energy sometimes called Chi or prana. Like today's Energy Workers and Reiki Masters, he described himself as a transformer of Divine Energy. He took in the Divine Energy into himself, transmuted it so others could receive the energy in a soother and gentler manner.

He was a Christians and believed that Jesus Christ was the son of God. Therefore he set the foundation of his healing ministry on two Christian laws....Love God above all else and love your neighbor as yourself. Like most Christian healers, he believed that he did not heal only God healed. After his death, his techniques were used to start healing prayer circles across the world.

Bruno's Healing Method
What was Bruno's philosophy on healing. Bruno believed in an all powerful healing energy that comes directly from God. He termed this the healing stream or heilstrom in German. This divine energy has been recognized by many cultures around the world and been given different names such as life force, vital energy, prana, chi, or divine power. To download this healing stream, a person has only to tune into it. The tuning in process is similar to entering a meditative state. You relax your body and then try to clear your mind of all distracting thoughts. Bring your attention into your body and connect with it there. Do not focus on any one particular part of the body, but instead focus on how your body is feeling, your whole body.

Bruno felt that the position of your body was also important. If possible, he recommended people sit up with their back as straight as possible. Your hands should rest in your lap palms up. The most important part is to make sure that neither your arms nor your legs are crossed in any way. He likened the human body to a battery. If the arms are crossed it can cause an electrical short in the upper body and if the legs are crossed it can cause a short in the lower body. If you are not able to sit up, you can lay down. Just make sure your palms are up and no limbs are crossed. And most importantly relax. Check in with your breathing once in a while and make sure that you are taking nice cleansing deep breaths. Don't try to hold your breath or unnaturally slow it down.

Bruno Groening Healing

I first heard about Bruno Groening in 2006, when we hosted a workshop at the Life Empowerment Center. During this time we watched a movie about this man who had been termed a modern day miracle healer. We listened to people who were once crippled by illness and disease reborn into healing and health. You could feel their loving energy even through the screen. Several people who had been healed created the Bruno Groening Circle of Friends to help promote his teachings. Apparently, he is one of the most highly documented healers.

After the lecture, I was extremely interested in the Bruno Model as a key to finding an effective model for youth substance abuse treatment. Over the last 19 years I had been working with the U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Justice to develop a successful model for the prevention, intervention and treatment of substance abuse and related criminal behaviors in youth. Due to my PhD in Psychological Testing, Research Methodology and Statistics, I had obtained numerous research grants, spent millions of dollars and wasted endless days and nights on demonstration programs that produced little positive results in terms of getting and keeping kids off drugs and out of jail.

The one treatment model that appeared to work was the A.A. model. However, the AA model was based on the "Healing power of God" and therefore Federal funding was limited. Furthermore, the A.A. model had changed over the years. Present research suggested that today's model was less effective and it never was intended to work with youth.

Most new spiritual models for drug treatment were dependent on accepting Jesus Christ as your savior. These models eliminated all non-Christian youth from the treatment group. Finding a "Spiritual Model" that could be used for youth with a variety of spiritual backgrounds (i.e. Jewish, Islam, Pagan, Hindu) was very difficult. Furthermore these models had limited data based research to back up their effectiveness in the recovery process.

The attraction of the Bruno Groening Model was that it had a large data base to back-up the effectiveness of the model. There was some indication that the "Bruno Model" had positive results in substance abuse cases. However, the data was limited in the recovery process. In addition, it could be used with youth from a variety of spiritual backgrounds. You only had to acknowledge a higher power to become part of a healing group.

In 2006, I became a Community Leader and went to NY to be trained in the "Bruno Model". The training was intended for administration personnel responsible for setting -up Bruno Groening Circles in their Communities. I was representing South Texas. People from all over the U.S attended.

During this training, we attended intensive and lengthy meditation sessions where we downloaded the Divine Force. After these sessions, I made it a point to talk with other Community Leaders about their experiences with the healing energy. It was no surprise to hear about the numerous physical healings that were taking place across the country. However, there were other things happening that were not being reported on a monthly basis.

During the "Bruno Groening Healings" people across the country were speaking to angels, seeing Jesus, meeting God, having visions of sacred symbols, seeing supernatural lights and energy vortex, seeing mythical creatures such as dragons, fairies, and unicorns. Overall some persons were having intense mystical experiences that were reconnecting them to God.

These mystical experiences were similar to the experiences that "BILL" the founder of A.A., experienced when God healed him of this alcohol addiction and led him to create A.A. It was at this point that I decided it would be my mission to document and research the spiritual effects of the "Bruno Model". Could the Bruno Model be used to treat non-physical or psychological factors related to substance abuse such as depression, low self esteem, aggression, anger, fear, domestic problems, guilt, and confusion. Right after I made this decision, I heard Bruno's voice telling me; he supported me in this effort and would help me to develop a 'Spiritual Model" to complement the "Physical Model" being developed by the Medical Group.

I foresaw no problems accomplishing my new mission:

I believed the voice in my head was Bruno, as Bruno had come to numerous persons at the conference and had provided guidance.

Bruno was a spiritual healer, so it seemed logical he would want to document the Spiritual effects of his model

During the Training I was assigned to the "Documentation Training Session". The purpose of the Documentation Training was to teach us how to accurately document physical healings in a scientific manner. This was "Old Hat" to me. I have a Ph.D. in research methodology and spent years documenting the effects of programs on psychological constructs (i.e., self esteem, happiness, job satisfaction). I took the assignment as a "sign" that I was on the right path. Later, Bruno told me he had put me into this training session so I could see the need for my path.

However, my mission of developing a spiritual "Bruno Model" was not going to be easy. The Medical Group was strongly opposed to the documentation of any "spiritual effects". They believed that documenting these experiences would open the door, to "crazy and fantasy " experiences that were not related to the real world. Furthermore, most of the Doctors at the training believed these types of experiences were dangerous and had no place in a healing database.

The Medical Group opposed supporting Bruno's meditation style with any other type of meditative exercises or energy transfer tools. It is common knowledge that Bruno taught the importance of "Breath Work" during his sessions and used "tin foil" to transfer and store his electrical magnetic energy. However, the Medical Group disapproved of teaching any techniques for "Breath work" or the development and distribution of any energy transfer devices.

If the 'Spiritual Model" was going to be developed, it would not have the support of the "Mother Organization".

The Healing Meditation Circle: The Spiritual Model

The Healing Meditation Circle is not associated or connected with the Medical specialist, physicians and healing practitioners worldwide belonging to the Medical Scientific Group of Bruno Groening Circle of Friends. The Healing Circle Model was developed in 2007 based on channeled information from Bruno Groening. The Circles fill a gap in services not addressed by the present day Bruno Groening Medical Groups. The Healing Circle focus on the enlightenment of the soul and spirit. Although body healing does occur our emphasis is on reconnecting an individual with God, dissolving psychological and negative emotional blocks, attaining enlightenment and understanding of our soul's mission in this and past incarnations.

During past channeling sessions, Bruno Groening stated that the spiritual component of his teachings had been overshadowed by the physical healing component. It was necessary to bring his teachings back to its roots. reconnecting to God. It is in this light that the Circle Healing Techniques where developed. Bruno has stated that he has developed these healings to prepare people for the Ascension in 2012. Every technique or meditation used in our healings monthly have been created, approve and/or modified by Bruno through weekly channeling sessions.

The Purpose
The purpose of the Circle is to help you to restore your connection with God and thereby helping you to download energy that will clear out psychological blocks .We provide you with the knowledge and therefore the ability which is necessary for reconnecting with God. Those unwilling to carry out an inner change within them cannot experience such help or enlightenment. You can't say that God doesn't talk to you. it's up to you to listen to your inner voice. The Healings are supported by donations.

The Healing Process is based on several assumptions concerning our concept of God and ourselves.

Basically, Bruno believed in two Divine forces of energy: one good and one evil. Man absorbs one or the other of these energies constantly and unconsciously.

Every negative experience comes from absorbing the evil or negative energy. One solution to this is to shut ourselves off to this energy. Since energy follows thoughts, by shutting off all evil or negative thoughts, and continuously focusing on the good and positive thoughts, we open our self up to God's healing power to recharge our life force battery.

People have the power to be "Transmuters:" They can transmute and absorb the darker energies and move them on to a higher level of awareness. This Circle helps in transmuting the darker energies and helps you to build up your circuitry so you can move your vibrational level up. This healing service allows you to access the Divine Power in order to transmute this dark energy into higher positive frequency level.

If a person adopts the belief that the Divine Spirit will restore his/her health, wealth, relationships, success... this positive force will eject the negative force from the body and life and he/she will be free from problems. One person's life will get on track spontaneously; for another it may be a gradual process.
