Terms and conditions For Listings in the TexasHealers.com Directory

TexasHealers.com is for the promotion of businesses that have serviced or are capable of servicing those seeking holistic treatments, products or related services. The Directory reserves the right to refuse listings that it considers do not serve our visitors or fit within the scope of the Directory.

Purchase of listings on TexasHealers.com indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth here. Please review this information and indicate your acceptance of it when submitting your listing. (You may wish to print this page for reference.)

Charges for web directory listings:
(a) You agree to pay,the monthly charges of the listing  using a valid credit card which The Texas-Mexico Holistic Health Network accepts in order to have your listing posted on TexasHealers.com for a minimum of three months.

(b) The Texas-Mexico Holistic Health Network reserves the right to refuse any listing judged incompatible with the directory's standards, such as inappropriate language, X-rated material, non-health related material, or anything considered offensive, racist, etc.

(c) The Texas-Mexico Holistic Health Network will automatically charge your credit card a cost each month  from the date of acceptance of the ad as notified by e-mail and until we are notified via email or phone of your cancellation. All cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to your next monthly renewal date. 

(d) For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide The Texas-Mexico Holistic Health Network with accurate, complete, and updated information including your name, address, telephone number(s), and applicable payment data (e.g., credit card number, e-mail address, and expiration date). Should your credit card become lost, stolen or otherwise void you shall notify The Texas-Mexico Holistic Health Network and provide new payment information. Failure to do so will result in the deletion of your listing.

(e) Failure to provide valid payment will result in your listing being removed immediately from TexasHealers.com Directory.
