Notes for Ascension:

NOTE 1

I trust that your guides are providing you with the necessary data, to comfortably move from the third to the fifth dimension. I have outlined below what my guides instructed me to do.

Technique 1. Thinking with the Heart to Decrease Anxiety

Practice the Freeze Frame and Heart Lock in Method outlined in the book The HeartMath Solution by Doc Childre and Howard Martin

Recognize the stressful feeling and freeze frame it, like pushing the pause button on the VCR to stop a movie.
Make a sincere effort to shift your focus away from the racing mind or disturbed emotions to the area around your heart. Pretend you are breathing through your heart to help focus your attention in this area.
Remember the feeling of love or care you have for someone whom its easy for you to love. Alternatively, focus on a feeling of appreciation for someone or something positive in your life. Try to stay with the feeling for a time from five to fifteen minutes, what is important in this step is experience the feeling. This is not just mental visualization-picturing something in our minds. For instance you may picture your last vacation in Hawaii to trigger a positive feeling, But the question is What did it feel like , not (or not just), What did it look like. This step is intended to evoke the feeling memory.
Gently send feelings of love, care and appreciation to yourself or others.
As head thoughts come in, bring your focus gently back to the area around the heart. If the energy feels too intense or feels blocked, try to feel softness in the heart area and relax.
Now using your intuition, common sense asks your heart, what would be a good response to the stressful situation.. Assume objectivity about the situation- as if it were someone elses problem detach. Extract as much Significance as you can out of the problem, does it really matter that much. ., from your Deep heart sincerely ask for appropriate guidance or insight.

Techniques 2 Groking with Water.

Every morning at 5:00a.m. I go down to the Resaca to do Tai Chi and Babajis Ritual of the Sun. One morning while sending loving energy to the Water Spirit, she spoke to my inner ear saying, that if I sent her loving and healing energy, she would help me to transmute the water within my body to a fourth dimension frequency. She said she would do the same for you and you should work with the water energy coming up from the well in the back of the second House.

She told me that we should be preparing to move from third to fourth to fifth dimensional reality-

She said some people will ground and transmute the energy thereby co-creating the next level???.others will not be able to handle the energy and their body, emotions, mind and spirit will not be able to process the energy and they will go stark raving mad.

She told me the process is in full swing. If we just sit here and keep focusing on patterns of wisdom, love, humility, compassion, unity, truth, beauty, trust, harmony and peace. That these feelings will act as codes or keys that will allow us to pass the Guardians,

Basically my guides say we should be working on these issues:

To communicate between dimensions of reality to stabilize the earth . This means adjusting your physical body to a higher frequency to make communication possible with other life forms
To hold the higher energies in the physical body as conduit for the new frequencies on earth. You will facilitate the shift in others by holding within yourself the love/trust vibration. To stay centered in the heart and avoid the lower vibrations. Use this frequency to tune into the Earth to find out what is going on. Create
To Clean out old energy patterns to make room for the new
To heal and amplify the positive
To stabilize the Change
To learn how to be a god ling and express a divine nature in all thoughts and actions therefore I transform the earth.
To bring the spiritual light throughout my whole body
To love myself and others unconditionally
To appreciate the value and connectedness of all things. Feel the oneness running through all life so I can love all things all creation is an expression of Divine Love.

NOTE 2

My guides have told me, that to move ahead I needed to focus on several things. The first two concepts I was told to work on:

To make sure that I maintain a pure motivation for ascension. I have tried to fulfill this by thinking of the following: The purpose of my life is not just to solve my own problems and find happiness for myself, but to free every living being from all their suffering and bring them into the happiness of full enlightenment. For this reason, I need to develop my mind, to develop my wisdom and compassion. By actualizing this path of mental healing, I free my mind from all impurities caused by illusion and false knowledge. To succeed in this, I need to have a long life and be free from outer obstacles, such as disease and from inner obstacles, negative thoughts and actions and their imprints on my mind. Therefore, to benefit and bring happiness to every living being, I ask for ascension. .As of this day let anyone who merely sees, hears, remembers, touches or talks to me be freed in that very instant from all sufferings and abide in happiness forever. So mote it be and so it is done.
Practice Conscious Languaging: This is the most difficult thing I have ever tried to do. Come off of tobacco and alcohol was easy compared to this. I must break the habit of talking about my problems and look at them as transformational opportunities, I must refrain from using I don't wants with saying what I want Ingratiating positive language into my everyday vocabulary is taking a lot of practice. When I get mad or hurt I tend to be verbally abusive and like you said I could throw people into the cabbage patch.

NOTE #

Today I am contemplating what it means to walk the Warriors Way. To vanquish the false mind in order to regain the ability to function as I was meant to function.

Achieving inner silence is merely shutting up the false mind. But to defeat the false mind one must change the internal dialogue

The warrior fights the dialogue they are given. We are called Warriors because we engage in an active battle with the false mind.

Warriors say that vanquishing the false mind weakens the predators hold over the mind and that as time goes on, its hold over the mind is severed completely.

..the day when (the predator flees forever) you have to rely upon your own devices, which are nearly zero ...this is the toughest day in a sorcerers life., for the real mind that belongs to us, the sum total of our experience, after a life time of domination, has been rendered shy, insecure and shifty. The real battle of sorcerers begins at that moment. The rest is preparation.

The basic premise here is that I was taught at birth to perceive in a certain manner. I spent my early years defending my self image; I was a brilliant female in the areas of math and science, that had exceptional physical abilities (excelling in sports). I was logical and analytical. assertive, adventurous, competitive and extroverted. I was not submissive, shy, motherly, emotional, sensitive or nurturing. On top of all this I was in contact with other unseen intelligences from fairies to ETs since my birth. I spent my entire youth trying to fit in and make adjustments to what the false mind said was my role in life. On top of this I was given the eyes to see through the veil...

Unfortunately the kind of energy that I needed to defend my image of self was the very energy I needed to start my enlightenment process. After years of expending energy in all the wrong places for all the wrong reasons...Today I learning to rechannel the energy by detaching from self image and finding my real mind

In the past. I felt like my thought processes were like a bunch of uninvited quests that I would keep kicking out only to have them come right back. Sometimes I would start worrying about things. These thoughts were like a broken record that keeps playing the same tune again and again and I was unable to turn it off. Then last year, my assemblage point changed like, someone just turned the channel on the TV. Behavior patterns and thought patterns all fell within a range of an enlightened warrior. I wish I knew exactly what sparked the change...

Crowley once stated the best way to break from the false mind is to "Fake it to you make it" So for the next phase in my process I am acting "as if" I was an ascended Master. I intend that over time these actions will become my natural normal pattern. Today I invoke the unbinding intent to be an immortal. a godling I answer to no one but my spiritual community (my guides) my inner wisdom and values, and my concept of the Divine Force.

NOTE

I just read a strange interpretation of 2012. This author believes that we have been programmed to have a group census of reality. This reality is within a frequency range that is monitored and controlled by a group of beings. If we create a new reality by making different choices, then we can create a new reality creating two different worlds . . . existing together in a multilayer universe. BY 2012, the separation of these two universes, these two realms will be complete. When it happens my next door neighbor may be living in one world within a certain frequency and reality and I may be living in another. Totally unaware of each other. This is the first time I have thought about "Two Worlds being created by 2012:" I have always seen one world ...one new reality. I guess I just never thought about what would happen to everyone who was generating that "other reality" based on fear.

The Ancient Ones talk of a large group of thought patterns they call predatory deceptions. These are collective thoughts that make people feel insecure and render them easy prey for those who would take our energy away.

To walk the "path of ascension" is to unveil these deceptions and see them for what they are.?an effort to keep us off balance and feeling less then who we are. To be free we must distance ourselves from the beliefs of poverty, defense, security, self worth, guilt, loneliness and more.

My guides told me:

?In the 50's I was programmed by the System..

In the 60's I was liberated from the programming of the system..

In the 70's and 80's I learned how the system worked and why it was created...

In the 90's I joined the system in order to improve it

In 2000 I left the system so I could co-create a new system."

My purpose was not to heal people but to co-create the new system. What good would it do if I healed all the people in a town - yet everyday they went to a polluted and diseased river to drink.Then everyday they would become sick again.

The river is the system.

Everyday the system pollutes the people's body, mind and spirit

All the healers in the worlds will not help -until we recreate the

Life source a new river

To recreate the Life source I need three qualities; Integrity, Coherence and Congruence

Integrity is being able to rigidly adherence to a code of behavior that fosters honesty, unity and purity.

Coherence is being in a state of being that provides for a balanced relationship between my body, mind, emotion and spirit

Congruence is being able to superimpose (exactly) my Super Consciousness (Higher Self) , My Conscious (self) and My Subconscienous (Past Life and Programmed Consciousness) over one another.so they are in agreement.one consciousness ..One mind .

What is our mission on this earth?

Every individual has a life purpose. This is the mission that you agreed to prior to your incarnation. There are 2 parts to your purpose: a personal one and a global one. Your personal purpose involves a particular characteristic that you are trying to develop in this life time, such as compassion. Your global purpose involves discovering your natural talents and interests to help other people and the planet. Some Definitions:

Personal Purpose: Cosmic Janitor

In general we are cosmic janitors, working to clean and shine all the energy that we stamped in past lives. All we have to do is take the energy into our bodies and send it back out through the appropriate chakra as something more positive. The problem is when we take the energy in and instead of sending love and harmony we send fear and violence.

GLOBAL Purpose:

One theory holds that souls are incarnating at this point in time because they have contracted to participate in the spiritual work necessary for Ascension. The Mayans first came to identify the Ascension as the seventh creation, the Christians call it the second coming, and the eastern religion identifies it as nirvana.

Ascension in universal terms is focused on the planet, solar system and all things in the universe and other galaxies hitting cosmic Christ consciousness. They call this . the creation of heaven on earth, emergence of Shamballa . the return to the Godhead. or bring the physical world back to the spirit world. We do this by raising our vibrational level to positive love energy.

Ascended Masters:

These are beings that once walked upon the earth as great teachers and healers and now help humanity in their location in the astral plane. They are associated with formal religion but they are nondenominational and will help anyone who calls upon them. They consist of spiritual guides including Jesus, Buddha, Mother Mary, Krishna, St. Germain and many others. They form an organization called the Great White Brotherhood.

Other Kind

Beings other than human that have chosen to incarnate on this planet at this time. This includes angels, archangels, devas, fairies, nature spirits, dragons, unicorns, mermaids, ET's, animal spirits, godlings, ascended masters, ect.

Why was earth so important?

The earth plane has a direct connection to all the other worlds and universe. We all come here at one time or another. The unique characteristic of our physical bodies and sexual energy allows for transmutations across dimensions and universes. To incarnate here is privilege, the work that can be done in the physical form allows the "quickening" on the path back to the Godhead across the universe. However, things were not working out as planed. Beings were incarnating and instead of evolving they getting entrapped and actually working against the divine plan. Henceforth an intervention plan was born.

Example of Reincarnation for a global purpose:

The Contract

Before you enter into manifestation on this earth, you sign a contract. This contract is your kamic contract outlining exactly what type of work you will be expected to undertake during your incarnation, what sort of help you can expect to receive and what sort of activities you will engage in. The overall contract with each soul is to raise its vibration during each lifetime, in theory you come in at a certain vibration when you are born and your ideas, concepts, thoughts and of course actions should increase in vibrations before death. All the help you get with this task begins with the contract.

The choice of your parents, DNA, planetary alignment, is all part of the contract. This contract is made between you and guide network. Your guide network consist of 5 to 20 souls and\or ascended masters who have some sort of connection to you. They have been related to you in previous lives, you have worked with them on the astral plane or in the temple. They assist in manifesting situations that provide you with the opportunities you need to transmute a particular type of negative energy into positive energy. Many of our key relationships in life have been what we call karmic set ups. In many relationships we come together to clear karma. Once these setups are no longer necessary, the relationship breaks up.

Contract for 100^th Monkey Unit

There has always been a plan for ascension- to traverse the boundary from the lowest dimensional level back up towards the God head. Many attempts at planetary ascension have failed. The most well known has been ...Lemuria and Atlantis. In addition, Ascension has been severely handicapped by negative ET's and ancient ones that had a vision of themselves as planetary administrators. Instead of helping in the process they actually put this plane in bondage as slave masters.

To compound the problem, some individuals that have chosen to go the ascension path have not gotten rid of their attitude of self centered.ego... Greed ...they were working only for their own power and self gratification. These individuals formed what is called the Black Lodge. This organization works in opposite to the Great White Brotherhood. They backed the world elites. They have twisted the messages of spiritual emissaries so that they could justify a society based on fear. Their mission was to rule the planet and other dimensions and planets by fear. Remember the saying "As above, so below" Like mankind, the planetary hierarchy is itself at a point of spiritual crisis. Many of its members are in the process of higher evolution and many are lost to the dark side.

After Atlantis failed, a call went out across the spiritual hierarchy. Many heard the call. The call was clear. The ascension process was in trouble and without assistance worlds within worlds were in trouble. Throughout the universe and beyond, many searched their hearts to decide how they could serve. Every world from angelic to ET was represented at a meeting. from all corners of existence.

Some attended as representatives of the Other Kind . fairies, unicorns, dragons, elves, and nature spirit realm. This race exists in a different dimension. They move at a slightly different, faster vibration but occupy the same space as this current world.

Everyone came as humble servants of the divine spirit. All knew and trusted the divine will. All knew that what was being decided here would serve the universal good.

It was decided that some kind of intervention was required to bring this world to a point where it could initiate ascension and awakening. It was decided that most eartheans could not awaken without help. This was the role we were asked to play. to be the 100^th monkey.

It's gone by many names in the past- critical mass, the God spark, the tipping point- to name a few. Back in school we were taught about a group of scientists who researched some monkeys on the island of Japan. When an enough monkeys started washing their food, then for some reason the scientist couldn't figure out, there came a moment when all the monkeys, including those on other surrounding islands, began to wash their food. The monkeys on the surrounding island had no contact with the other monkeys. They learned spontaneously...it just happened overnight. They called it the 100^th Monkey Effect". Instead of monkeys we are talking of Human being.

To be asked or picked to serve as a 100^th monkey, you must first have a direct ancestral linkage that would give you the highest success ratio. Your soul linkage should help prevent you from falling prey to the negative, dense vibration patterns of this plane. For example, Angelic beings under the Legion of Michael and Ariel where asked to step forward. Dragons related to Quetzalcoatl were to asked to participate...ET's that help set up the Maya's, Inca, and Egypt were called forth. Ancient ones from the civilization of Atlantis and Lemuria were recruited. Fairies and nature spirits that had worked with Pan in the divine blueprint were called. Famous Wizards, Sorcerers, and Alchemist across time were called back and asked to step back into the timeline. Each being had one thing in common they had been involved in the enlightenment and/or ascension process during the early years of mother earth.

There were priestesses, priest, and shamans of the earth called back to bring in the new modalities of healing, new age religion and esoteric thought. Spiritual Warriors were called back as protectors of the spiritual emissaries, priest and priestess. These were energetic cleansers. These souls had the ability to literally wash away improper energy and quicken the ascension process for not only mankind but the earth and other worlds and dimensions. They are experts at seeing through illusion, at raising consciousness and bring liberation to people. These are the ones prophesied in the Tibetan Tantra. They are named Shambhala warriors.

It was the intent to bring in enough "100^th Monkey souls", so that they could kick up the vibration so every one could evolve without having to go through the hassle. The 100 monkeys would do it for them. Much like Jesus Christ. Jesus set the path . but now it would be on a much larger scale. Jesus, Buddha and many ascended masters had set the ground work by laying out the Wisdom teaching... However, it was not a matter of one or two individuals reaching ascension.unless a critical mass of souls hit ascension on earth, this planet, other dimensions and worlds within worlds would be stuck.

The 100^th Monkeys would go through the learning process.then at a moment in time when enough "other kind" had attained a certain vibration level.Bammmmmm .everyone on the path would get a little extra boost to ascension would get it.

A select few were selected. They fully recognized that to be successful in the mission, they would need both divine and physical support while on earth. They divided up into soul groups. Each group would work together as a team while on earth. Each group contained representatives from across the hierarchy. For example a soul group would contain across the representatives from ET's (Pleidians, Andromeda, Sirius, Grays,), angelic, devas, ancient ones (Mayas, :Lemuria, Atlantis) great white brotherhood, nature intelligences, avatars. Some incarnated, some stayed on the astral plane and worked with those on the earth plane.

After each initial physical life experience, each group would gather together to learn and prepare for the next experience. Some of these souls didn't make it and requested to be release from this assignment. Some got caught up in the Earth entrapments and forgot to go within and listen for instructions. When the volunteers strayed from the divine path they crashed and burned and were useless.

The mission for the Relay

Some of the "100^th Monkeys" were emissaries of other civilizations, races or galaxies. These souls carry threads that connect them back to the root culture. While on the earth their body, carry holographic points of consciousness. These points link them back to the race of dragons, fairies, nature spirits, ET or/ and mother earth. These souls act as a "composite envoy" on earth on behalf of their civilization. Their points of consciousness act as "access portals" for other beings in their home world. As they awaken, and transmit higher frequency of energy, they send it back to their dimension. Through these, other races in other dimensions in other universes are receiving energy for ascension. Not all these beings have to incarnate on this plane. The souls now here are a rely station. When the required number of volunteers living on the earth have been awakened and made ready, when they are in a designated geographic place on the planetary grid, when the planetary deadline has been reached and the waiting period finally comes to an end, a flood of divine force will catalyze the divine intelligence in those who have prepared themselves adequately to receive and transmit such light. Then these dimension of ET's, nature spirits, devas, dragons, unicorns and mother earth will ascend.

The Mission : Open Up and Activate Crystal grid

Dragons were the first to come to earth eons ago. Dragons linked the crystals to make up the crystalline Grid that created the electro-magnetic energy field around the earth. Dragons are directly connected to the Temple of Karnack and the Egyptian Goddess Sekmet, with a mission of destruction of the old world and creation of the new. Some of the Dragons have been sent to activate the crystal grid at the Earth Chakra located in the Rio Grande Valley. This Earth Chakra extends down to Vera Cruz Mexico. (See Web Page of .com under sacred earth) This chakra prepares the earth for ascension.

The Mission : Help find "other Kind "and begin working as a group for synergy 1+1 = 3.

This group becomes a channel for stepping down energy transmitted by the Spiritual Hierarchy. This energy then can be feed to others for ascension.

Connection to Pleiades and the Pleiades Emissaries of light.

Connection to the Ascended Masters and angels (including Babaji)

Connection to the Spiritual Hierarchy of this dimension.

Connection to the nature Spirits, devas, pan and dragons

1^st Dimensional Portal (into the center of the Earth)

Listed below are things I was told concerning my mission that I do not understand:

1. We should own property in a foreign country??? for there will come a time when we will have to leave the US. This property should have a cave and fresh water

2. We should find a cave that leads us to an underground world, this place has a connection to our home world???It is a safe haven. There is an internal sun and ocean .They are waiting for me.

3. We have been given the control panel of a space ship and been given instructions on how to fly it. We have a star map encoded in our DNA but I do not understand it.

4. We should get my body very physically fit, so we can physically endure some sort of hardship

5. We should gather like mind people together,

6. We should purify my body and mind of all chemicals and negative thought forms

7. There will come a time when reality will turn very Bizarre....Dragon, elves, space ships. WE must be mentally stable so I do not flip out

8. We are to open portals or vortexes in the earth to collapse dimensions and bring in a new reality

9. We are involved personally in the evolution of mother earth; We take in, transmute and feed her the energy she needs to transform into the next phase

10. Our people have something to do with the ocean and water and our mission is connected to water.

I asked??? why it was necessary to incarnate on this earth.

In the beginning there was a unitary system of primal energy before the separation of opposites, this is symbolized by the snake formed in a circle, biting its own tail. Earth was created so we could separate the opposites??? yin/yang, spirit/flesh, conscious/unconscious, male/female. The interaction of opposites has been called the ???the marriage of Christ and Sophia??? or the union of ???fire and water.

The united forces are separated on earth. They are clearly defined as two elements within two containers. The energy of one container is transferred to the other container???.from one frequency to another???.generating a new kind of energy ??" this energy is symbolized by the figure eight laying on its side or the infinity symbol. The circle energy of one is changed into another kind of energy

Of course the two elemental opposites such as fire and water cannot confront each other directly. Such a confrontation would be catastrophic. Before the two can safely meet in the daylight of awareness, preparations must take place within the psyche. It is this ceremony that immortals preside over. The ritual of energy exchange between the two opposite elements recomnect the participants with a third energy sent from the lost worlds...allowing for manifestation. Only immortals can hold the energy

What is an immortal? (Isis, Osiris, Hours) To be an immortal you must be born out of an immortal linage. Death and reincarnation is not part of the immortal???s path. Immortals were part of the first creation, before mankind. Angels, godlings, (Zeus, Shiva, devas, dragons). Through reincarnation man is able to obtain immortality but he must first do the path working... For an immortal...there is no path working

Mystery schools (Naacals Mystery School) tried to teach how to reach immortality with a thing called resurrection or ascension through Tantra. Tantra is Hindu word for the yoga or union with God through sexual practices. . Immortals beings were part of Atlantis and Lemuria.

To develop energy practices three school were set up. ..

The Female school???Left eye of Horus (emotions, feelings psychic energy, sexual energy, magic) the dragons and serpents ran this school. According to Gnostic text. The serpent that tempted eve walked on two legs and later was thrown down to slide on the ground. Two knowledge trees ???Serpents or reptiles were in charge of one. I believe the serpent was good and trying to help free eve and Adam from the slave masters, I believe Jesus was part of this tradition of liberation.

The Male school... the Right Eye of Horus (teaches information from the Hall of Records including knowledge on scientific, philosophy, engineer, medical, geometry, astrometry,

And the third eye of Horus which is simply life ...here we are living in the Valley the third eye

If we represent the two schools coming back together during the third our life in the Valley.... Interesting concept.

Did these two schools fight ...the left and right eye schools have always had their own agenda???s???. my dogs bigger than your dog mentality???Did the two schools abuse the power...both sides did. Do we need to fuse it back as one ???.yes?

I am the Daughter of Quetzalcoatl, feathered serpent, a cross between a celestial dragon and Fire Dragon. I am a Grace Dragon???First generation of my breed??? like an indigo or crystal child in the human culture. I am the next generation for my people.

Among the Mayas Quetzalcoatl, the Savior God (some Christian scholars believe this was St. Thomas) instructed his people on farming, reading and writing, rational forms of government with no human or animal sacrificing. Quetzalcoatl is represented in the Codex of Borgianus nailed to the cross. (Sound familiar)

According to myth this strange immortal appeared out of the sea with him a mysterious cross. On his garments were embellished clouds and red crosses. In his honor great serpents were carved from stone and placed in different parts of Mexico. The cross of Quetzalcoatl became a sacred symbol among the Mayas and according to available records the Maya Indian priest had crosses of various pigments painted on their foreheads. When Cortez, arrived in Mexico, he brought with him the cross. Recognizing this the natives believed that Quetzalcoatl had returned, for the later had promised to come back in the near future and redeem his people.

The dark side of my path, many of my priests went to the dark side. We have the abilities to work with elementals ???the dark ones captured them in magnetized mirrors and forced them into labor. We understand the power of the speech??? deity crafting ???they used this power to snare men???s minds with their chants and fetishes...As typical of perversion none was greater than the bloody sacrificial rites.

Each of us immortals must face the abuses that our linkage inflected on others??? We all are to blame in this cosmic comedy.

I feel like Neo ???.. After he disconnected from the matrix. Today I am in some other dimension. All day long I have been walking around in a cloud; I feel really high, light headed and happy.

This morning every place I went people asked if they could help me...I had doors opened, my grocery cart pushed, shop boys following me to see if I needed anything. One woman stopped me in the eye glass shop, to ask me if I was a healer ???. An hour later she came up to me in another store across town to get my card???. This is all very strange. The energy has kicked up another couple of octaves???Today I really feel the shift. Sometimes I???m not sure who I am...my energy is changing and rearranging so quickly. I just get use to a certain frequency and Bammmmm it???s gone and I???m running at another frequency

This morning I spent my usual 3 hours in practice with my team.

My team consists of members of the Great White Brotherhood who have chosen to work with me during this incarnation. I have been working with these guides for a period of 20 years. I have added several new guides over the last 5 years.

My guides consist of : Green Tara, Babaji, Shiva, Ganesha, White Buffalo Calf Pipe Woman, Mother Earth/Gaia, Pan, Bruno Groening, Santsimo Muerte (Holy death) , Olmec Goddess, Feathered Serpent, Goddess Sekmet, Vera (Dragon Representative of the League of Dragons and also heads up the Dragon Mystery School, Gus (Chaos Dragon) ,Rudy (Fire Dragon) , Seville (Water Dragon), Gracie (Sylph- Air Elemental), Riki Tiki (Salamander) , Grail and Simon (Earth Dragons) , Twins (Water elementals) Faithful One (Earth Elemental) Gabriel (Dolphin Spirit) , Sybil (Fox Spirit), Grandma, ( Bear Spirit), Lakshmi, Jesus Christ, Mary, Goddess Nemotode of the Sacred Grove, St. Germaine, Elizabeth Claire Prophet, Crowley, El Morya, St. Michael, Ariel, Rephael, and Gabriel. Guardians and protectors of the fairy and deva realm.

This may look like a lot of spirit guides but they handle different issues and learning situations and it works out pretty well???it seems like all my bases are covered and they really love me. I have worked with all these being in all my other incarnations leading up to the present one. They are my family.

Today Ganesha told me he was very happy, I was doing the McAllen Healing thing. And I should keep on doing it. It was good for me to practice sending healing energy on a regular basis. He said it was part of my mission during this period. I was not to worry about my next path working. Some of the practices I was to do have never been written or developed???.This is the first time:

new race???. first born???new energy??? new mission??? new timeline???. New world???Bla Bla Bla???. end result ???new techniques.

He said I should trust that the people I am working with will get the necessary instructions and I that will be provide data also. With a little help from my friends I will get what I need to successfully work this next path/

So they are telling me that my mission is to create an energy vortex of a new frequency.

How do I do this?

I raise and purify my own energy by attuning my Body so it a clear channel to receive and transmit (I create the blood or energy)

Attune my mind so I can create solid thought forms of a higher vibration such as love, compassion and wisdom (I create the body)

Attune my emotions and sexual energy so I give life to the thought forms (I create soul)

Attune my spirit so that the thought forms can download energy from the Divine Will (I create the mind)

This energy vortex collapses the fourth, fifth and sixth dimension into one. The energy frequency is the divine child.

The divine child is created when two frequencies are joined into one...

Birthing rituals are conducted across the globe, at different sites that were encoded to be unlocking at a certain DNA at a certain planetary alignment...

Step one to create the generator; reconnect and turn on our own DNA so it is full cycle. You do this by downloading new frequencies transmitted by Great White Brotherhood, and cycling the energy through your body. It transmutes. All we have to do is hold the energy, without losing the focus. The more we can hold the energy ???the more energy we can take in???the more energy we take in ..the more transmutation occurs,,, the higher our frequency???we become who we were before we came here. The inside becomes the outside.

Step Two: Full cycle being are now capable of creating a new energy that opens a vortex by collapse dimensions .The start of the new world.

After all that channeling yesterday I thought ???so often Human beings sabotage themselves by not trusting that the Universe will bring their creations to them in the perfect timing. The ???Knower??? is willing to wait until the last minute for his or her intentions to manifest. The ???Novice??? is not.

I must remeber Whatever needs to be known will be revealed to us in the moment we need to know it.

Lately I tend to oscillate between that notion that :...all is how it should be and everything unfolds in a perfect way and all we have to do is to LIVE this spiritual, multidimensional life, with compassionate love for each other.... and on the other hand the notion that we are here to help each other from some dark fate, by spreading, information, providing support and sending healing energy

Most of the time I chose the first one, sometimes feeling a little guilty for not doing more.
